About us

I have been a residential builder and framing/trim carpenter for thirty some years. I built my own home in 1984. My son Karl, who joined me five years ago, and I work together and often hire subcontractors and other carpenters for bigger jobs. Custom hardwood staircases are our speciality and love. We give free estimates at competitive pricing and strive to do impeccable, quality work. Both of us believe in attention to fine detail. My son jokes the company should be called "Irvine and Dad Construction."
