Setser Septic Service

I called on Thursday afternoon after a plumber friend diagnosed some issues we were having as being related to the septic tank needing attention. Someone actually answered when I called, and effectively communicated with me throughout the afternoon until they were able to pin down that they could be here the following morning. The gentleman that showed up discussed some potential issues and concerns with my husband so that we were fully up to speed.

Called on Monday afternoon and explained the problem we were having with our septic system. He gave a few potential causes, along with what it would cost depending on what he found when he arrived. Told me he was driving at the time and he would call back later in the evening to get directions and let me know a time. Called back within 2 hours and informed me he could be at the house Tuesday between 8 and 8:30. Arrived at 8 and quickly got to work. Found the issue was not as bad as expected, and offered a couple options to keep the cost down. Final bill was $150 less than the bottom of his estimate range. Professional and courteous at all times. Wish I had used this company for the last 2 issues I had!
