We went in to look at the available cabinets and our kids were being a bit fussy. They had some toys and coloring books that the kids enjoyed. That helped a lot. We found cabinets we liked and got a rough estimate. However, they seemed to want to rush us on making some decisions. Also, some other customers came in while we were sitting at the desk with one of the salesmen and that salesman seemed to want to get to them more than spend the time with us. So, we got a rough estimate, but left with a lot of open questions. They were supposed to call us regarding these questions, but they never did (3 weeks later). Overall, their estimates were higher than others for the same quality of product. Also, they seemed to be in a hurry to get us out the door and get on to the next customer. Not at all what I would've expected from a small business in a small town.

It went very well. They did a great job of tearing down old cabinets and removing them. The new cabinets are beautiful and the work is great. We are so pleased with them. We would highly recommend this company.

We love them and their price was better than most other local cabinet companies. It is a mom and pop store. They came out and did measurements and did a good job. The people who came out were very nice. The big box home improvement stores only offer the standard sizes of cabinets they have and then use fillers in-between gaps or spaces. This company makes custom cabinets exactly to the dimension I want. They are excellent and their quality of work is good. They were very prompt and timely.

I did not use them but the quote was very fair. They seemed like a good company and were highly recommended to us by some other people. They were inflexible with what they could do. There are only two styles of doors that he made and he would not make the cabinet doors that I wanted. If you buy what he makes I'm sure he makes a great product at a good price. He did not have the modern style I am looking for. The presentation was fine and they were professional but they were not real timely.

We are in the 8-9 week cabinet making holding pattern. I will respond again after cabinets are made and installed.

I called R and L because they were reasonably close to my home and they were on Angie's list.I wanted to get my kitchen cabinets refinished. They are a husband and wife team. When I called he seemed knowledgeable and polite on the phone. We made an appointment for them to come out to my home for an estimate. They were on time, and looked at my cabinets. We talked about what I wanted and what they could do. They said they would give me a call in a few days with the estimate. When I didn't hear back from them, I called, twice,...I left a message once. I never received a call back. If they didn't want to do the work, or it was out of their expertise, they only had to tell me, I would have been fine with that.

They are local and are almost around the corner. We were looking for something local so that we didn’t have to travel a long way. We got an estimate from them, but we don’t know if we’ll be using them or somebody else for cabinets. The estimate was good.

Denise and Randy were great. They made our custom knotty alder cabinets and a distressed black island for our kitchen and designed/built our master bath vanity per my description. Due to several delays in our construction project they wound up holding our cabinets for quite a long time, but they never complained and they were beautiful after installation. Their prices beat our second choice by a mile. We're planning to use them again for custom built-ins in our family room.

RANDY'S WORK WAS OUTSTANDING. ALL CABINETS HANDMADE AND SOLID WOOD. INSTALLATION WAS EQUALLY GREAT, EVEN GIVEN A 100 YEAR OLD HOUSE WITH NO STRAIGHT WALLS. DENISE DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB WORKING THROUGH THE ROOM ARRANGEMENTS AND BUILDING THE PLANS. EXPECT TO HAVE TO WAIT UP TO 10 WEEKS (SCHEDULE IT INTO THE PLAN THIS WAY!!) FOR DELIVERY, BUT ITS WELL WORTH IT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
