Description of Work: WE TALKED TO HIM ON THE PHONE SEVERAL TIMES AND HE INDICATED A WILLINGNESS TO DO THE JOB. WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO MEET (THIS WAS AT A SECOND HOME AND WE MADE A 1 1/2 HOUR DRIVE). HE DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT. I TRIED TO CALL HIM AND WHEN THERE WASNT AN ANSWER, I LEFT TWO MESSAGES. HE CALLED 6 HOURS LATER AND SAID HE THOUGHT THE APPOINTMENT WAS THE DAY BEFORE EVEN THOUGH MY HUSBAND AND I BOTH CONFIRMED THE APPOINTMENT.
