showed up over an hour late without a phone call updating us. Once there work was fine, but unable to clean some of the more ingrained spots. Would probably use again because the owner (not the one who did the work) was responsive to our initial request for an estimate. Not sure any cleaner could have satisfactorily cleaned the more problem areas.

First of all I want to admit our carpets were disgustingly filthy. We have a dog..... or eight.... and our carpets looked it. In the past I had always used a steam clean service and our own carpet cleaner in between. I read reviews about the Chem-Dry process and wanted to give it a try. When I made the appointment I spoke with the owner who was very personable and friendly. The young man who did the work was on time, courteous, professional and really really nice! I liked the process and was pleased with the job he did. I will use them again and I will recommend them to others.

iMy main complaint is I did not notice until after they left that the carpet next to the baseboards was not clean. When I called they told me this was an extra charge, but they did not mention it to me during the estimate or when cleaning. I was too busy to have them come back out to give me an estimate so I will have to steam clean the baseboard edges myself. If this was done or mentioned to me, they would have received and A+ rating from me.

The Carpet looks almost brand new. Great Job!!! Well worth the money.
