Description of Work: Called him about a semi emergency tree issue and his truck was in the shop but told me he could get another one for the next day. Was supposed to go look at the tree and call me back. I'm still waiting.

Description of Work: It has been some time since we used Ron Hammack for trimming our trees so we are unable to remember the cost. However, he was highly recommended by a friend and was within a few dollars as compared to other estimates we received. We would definitely use this service in the future if we need our trees trimmed again.

Description of Work: I would highly recommend Hammack tree service. They did everything I asked at an unbeatable price. topping several trees and I specifically asked them to leave the limbs so i could use them for future bonfires. The only reason I rated them a B on professionalism, is that, even tho I personally like Ron and his nephew, Ron can be a bit... crabby and grumpy. It in no way changes my recommendation, but you should know what to expect. The quality of work and price were everything I wanted and received.

 + -1 moreGrass was not left very nice but I didn't expect it. It was in a very precarious spot by our fence. Would recommend him and his crew anytime.
Description of Work: Took out my tree which was dropping limbs in bad storms and ground out the stump.

 + -1 moreRemoved 6 or 7 trees for my wife and I plus removed all stumps. Went well with no damage to buildings. All in all pretty good experience other than the yard got tore up more than I expected. Ron's pricing was very reasonable for all that his crew did.

 + -1 moreOnce the work was finally done, it was done pretty well and the clean-up was handled nicely. It's just that this service does not deem it necessary to return calls in a timely manner, if at all, and, when calls are returned, the brusque, inconsiderate manner of the call can be quite off-putting. The only way that I would deal with this company again would be through a third party. We are going elsewhere for our current needs. As an addendum: The tree service that we employed years later was not a fan of the work done by the Hammack Tree Service. In fact, the owner said, and quot;I don't want to say anything bad about who did this before, but they really damaged one of your trees by 'topping' it.and quot; He went on to explain how the National Arbor Association has guidelines to tree health, guidelines that were clearly not followed in the trimming of our trees.
