I contacted Sean McCormack and he was quickly able to identify that he would indeed need to see the computer. He assured me that he could help me out and that's exactly what he did. I dropped off my computer and within just a few hours he called to notify me that I could pick it up. He also made some suggestions regarding virus protection and an online backup service which I hadn't been doing so my system is now faster and safer thanks to his quick and affordable work! Very well. I like the option of Sean updating and/or managing problems from my computer remotely. I live in another state and it is easier since he knows my computer. Feet First Consulting has been managing our computer needs for many years. There were actually several dates in 2014 that service was performed.
