Excellent! They were on time, very professional, and very knowledgeable. They went the extra mile to solve problems we encountered with the shipping company. The cabinets were installed and look beautiful!

Nick and Josh did a fabulous job. All tasks were done with quality and to my specifications. They cleaned up after themselves and left my garage very neat every night. They were easy to work with, polite, and fun to be around. I would definitely use them for my next project! Great that they can do electrical, light plumbing, move vents, and tilework! They are jacks of many trades!

They were a nightmare. They were a disaster. They were worse and if I could rip out everything they put in here for me, I would do that. They are incompetent. They told me that they knew what they are doing. They gave me the wrong information as far as ordering it and then I had a problem with the manufacturer having to return it. Then I ordered it and they were not able to put it down. Once they got here, he admitted that he’s never done that before. This is a heated floor and the way the heating works, it comes like a grid that you roll out or it comes in these wires. He had told me to order the wire bit and once it got here he admitted that he had no clue of how to do it. I had to send it back. They were so expensive. So he said he would put the tiles on it and once that’s done you can’t even walk on the floor because it’s so uneven. I would never recommend them to anyone. It was a disastrous joke. They were incompetent. They cost me so much money and it sucks the way it ended up. People laugh at it when they come into my house and I have paid thousands of dollars for that stinking floor. I had ordered tiles from Italy and things like that. A ten year old boy could have done a better job. They suck and they are a real disaster. The whole project costed me more than $3000. It should be easily $5000. They told me one price initially and then they charged me much more than that. The actual price ended up not being very good. Every time I walk into that room and onto that floor, it makes me angry and pissed off again. You can’t walk on that floor bare feet because the floor is so uneven and it hurts your feet so badly. Then they put the wrong color glass down as well. I had to take a paint brush and go down and do it myself because they put the wrong color down. I would never use their services again in the future.

They were very nice and seemed like a reputable company. They were recommended to me by Direct Buy. When they finished the job, within thirty days, the grout started cracking and I also had three tiles crack as well. They came back and repaired one tile, but then never came back and never returned my calls or messages. When they put the toilet back in, after they finished the tile work, they forgot to seal the toilet correctly, so it ended up leaking all over the floor. I had two other tile companies come out and look at the floors. They both told me that Cornerstone Construction did not use the correct underlinement and that's what was causing the tiles and grout to all shift and crack. Both companies told me that in order to repair the problem, the floor would have to be completely removed and replaced.
