Description of Work: I called out Lowhorn to get an estimate on painting my house. Jeff showed up two days later and looked at house and said I'll get back with you on estimate. I got an estimate two days later of $3300 to pressure wash then paint which was reasonable so I hired them. He says I need $800 now to get started. So I reluctantly gave him the $800. Five days later two guys show up to pressure wash house for four hours and left for the day. Three days later the two guys show up and do some paint scraping and put plastic over all the windows and left for the day. A week passes with the plastic on the windows and not being able to see out house for a week. So I called and Heather answered the phone and said I'll call Jeff and see what is going on. She calls back and said they'll be there on Thursday or Friday, so I said ok. Monday rolls around and I call Heather again because no one ever showed up. She says it's been forecasting rain the last week and a half and so that's been the problem. Mind you in week and a half it rained twice I told her. So she says they'll definitely be there Wednesday or Thursday barring rain I said are you sure? She said yes if no rain. Friday am comes around, now two weeks with plastic over windows and two days of rain in two weeks and still no one showed. I called Heather and said I'm finding someone else to do the job don't worry about it but you guys have two ladders still here. Within four hours Jeff shows up to get the ladders but no one could show up for two weeks to keep job going so plastic wouldn't be on all windows that long. I could understand if they would have said man were backed up or we had guys quit but nothing but lies of someone will be there. STAY AWAY. We hired Hang Tite painting who did an excellent job and completed in a week.
