I have pictures I wish I could post. First off I have the same complaint as everyone else. Lumpy floors that don't drain seem to be their trademark. After they finished their work, but before my house was set in place, it rained. I then saw how poor of job they did; my basement floor was turned into a lake. The drains were in the corner. The water was in the middle of the floor and couldn't get to the drains. Then as water dried, my basement turned into a series of ponds and islands. It was then when I realized how lumpy the floor really was. To add to their poor job, one of their workmen left me a set of foot prints in the wet cement.
Again, the same sorry excuse, the floor was in specs.
They told me to pick a low spot and they would put in anther drain. They cut a hole in the floor to the gravel below and put a small grate there. The water sits there now and slowly seeps into the gravel.
Cracks begin to appear in the floor before the house was set on the basement. I have one door frame that is now supporting a part of the wall above it because of the large crack in it.
