From start to finish, Window World was punctual, professional, and personable. We couldn't have asked for a better Salesman. He was very low-pressure and knowledgable about their products and paid attention to detail. We paid half down to order and the windows were installed within the allotted time given. The installer was very nice and his workmanship was astounding. We could tell that he had been doing this for a long time. They don't sub out their work to just anyone which was a big comfort to us. They are a locally owned family business who's values show in all of their services. We have recommended all of our family and friends to Window World and would definitely use them in the future. You can't go wrong with Window World!

House 1 The installers were very nice and accommodating. When they arrived onsite for the first visit, they did not have the correct windows and the installers did not know where the windows were supposed to go. Their manager did not completely fill out the location and size where the windows were supposed to go. When the windows were installed instructions given during the estimate and measurement phase were not followed or ignored. Specifically, a smaller window was requested in one of the areas to accommodate a shower that was going to be installed. A replacement window was ordered and the rush order took over three weeks to complete. Several of the windows were not level and had to be corrected on subsequent visits. My main complaint was with the unresponsive nature and lack of professionalism of the management. I had asked for pictures to compare and quot;wrappedand quot; windows to and quot;un-wrappedand quot; windows prior to making my decision for the extra service. Several weeks went by and I had to request the information twice. I went with the wrapping. The installers did a good job at that task. House 2 One window was delivered that was not ordered. Subsequently the window was returned. When I learned that the company would have to eat the cost of the window, I offered to accept the window at a reduced cost as a compromise being that I didn't request a new window for that location. A response was slow and took weeks and they ended up not offering any discount on the window, so I let them keep it and eat the loss. Better care could have been taken cleaning up debris outside and inside from the installation. By their third visit to the homes I figured they just wanted to get it done and be through with the experience. In the end the installers and management made attempts to make things right, but the whole process took too long. I asked to speak with the owner of the establishment to voice my concern with the entire process and the person who was the manager said he was the owner and could help me. I told him my problem was with him and his lack of professionalism. I outlined the incorrect windows, ignored instructions, and the requirement of multiple visits to get the job right. I also expressed disbelief that the company would not want to deal on the custom window that they ordered that was not requested. They did not so I said I would not be using the service for any remaining window work and that I could not recommend them to anyone. They were the cheapest and they excel at replacement windows that are smaller than the original window size. If you want a window that maximizes the available space and need professional attention to detail and finish work. Continue searching and DO NOT use Window World of Terre Haute.

Both men was very professional and very nice!! They did started in the living room and worked their way around the house and was done in about 5 hours total. They then came in with their vacuum cleaner and swept all he rooms, moved the furniture back in place, washed the new windows and cleaned up every bit of debris that was around the outside of the house. I have never had contractors that was so thorough like Window World. I would absolutely recommend this company if you need windows installed. They are very professional and very reasonable!!
