ULTRA CARPET CLEANING

Initially I was happy with the service -- My carpet was not really dirty as I have it cleaned every year and I address spots and spills as they appear. Upon cleaning, the gentlemen commented that my carpets did not appear dirty. I had a few spots that should have been easily removed during the cleaning. Initially the carpet looked great and the spots were gone. As the carpet dried the spots became apparent again. Over the course of the week, more and more spots appeared -- large spots. Now my carpet looks worse than it did before it was cleaned and I have spots where I did not have any before. It appears to me that too much water was pumped into the carpet/ pad and as it dried the carpet became water stained. Either that or the water used to clean my carpet was dirty water. They did not use my water so I really don't know if the water was clean or dirty. I did contact them about my dissatisfaction and their response was polite and they apoligized but they did not make any offer to resolve the issue. As I said, I have had my carpets cleaned every year for 20+ years and I have never had this happen to my carpet before!!!
