Words are not enough to describe this company!!! They truly embody the American spirit: Pride in work, respect, knowledgeable, quality product!!! I am so glad we moved back into their service area!! We had forgotten what it was like to have a company and their employees to go above "just doing their job". If you are the lucky few who live in their service area, ask for Mr. B. Davis!! He was polite, professional, proactive!! Got to give a shout out to the workhorses of the company...the techs (John and his trio of men) who came out and replaced our unit....you gentlemen are nothing but polite, professional, and purposeful in getting the job done! You guys do not mess around!! We, cannot recommened this company enough. Had them in Clarke County and now in Stephens....Amazing Yall!!!

Isaiah came out and did the inspection in a very professional manner describing all the parts and problems. A job that was supposed to take two days was done very professionally in four and a half hours. The other gentleman showed up within an hour and completed the work. Iâ m very pleased with my system and the cleanup. Thanks to all the men who acted very professional while on my property thatâ s important to me.

Service 1st Pros installed a brand-new AC in our home in June 2023. Less than a year later, on the Friday before Memorial Day 2024, it broke, and now, after months of giving us the run-around, they want to charge us $5000 on top of the $13000 we already paid them for a unit that is still under warranty. Why? Because they installed it incorrectly and want us to pay for their mistake. This debacle began in May, when we spent more than two weeks without central air in our house while the central office sent technician after technician out to fix it. They eventually got the air running back in parts of our house, but air still wasnâ t flowing properly in our kitchen and dining room, even when the unit was turned up high. Through July and August, the central office continued to give us the run around, sending out technicians to examine the unit, but only after my fiance called them several times. Eventually, they determined that the initial unit â which they installed â had been installed incorrectly. To fix the problem they caused, Service First Pros quoted us $5000, on top of the $13000 we already paid them to install the unit in the first place. The unit and labor is supposed to be under warranty. On top of this, my fiance had asked to speak to a manager or supervisor about our continuing issues, but the office keeps getting the admin assistants or a technician to call us. Their managers are cowards who donâ t want to speak to or deal with customers. I am thankful for the technicians, who have been courteous and understanding about the problems. But the management is horrible. I wish weâ d never used Service First Pros.

Service First sent technician Nick to our home to diagnose (and ultimately the repair) of our air conditioning unit. Nick was prompt, courteous, and extremely thorough in walking us through the problem. He also took his time explaining the suggested solution(s) to us, as well as helped give us some additional insight on how to help keep our unit working at its best. Thank you!

Isaiah and Bryan were professional and friendly. It was easy to get a same day appt. I received confirmation of appt with picture. They call 30 minutes before arrival as promised. They wore shoe covers which was appreciated. They discovered what my previous servicer didnâ t. Lesson learned. I will only use Service 1st Pro going forward. They took time to explain the issue, how to avoid going forward, repair options with descriptions and prices, as well as methods of payment. And they were willing to schedule to start repairs on the same day. I HIGHLY recommend Service 1st Pro.

I babysit my grand babies so it needed to be fixed asap, he give me 2 options- repair what was wrong for about $16,000 bucks or a new system for about $20,000 we I picked the $20,000 (it included duct cleaning & twice a yr maintenance) well they used some of our old units stuff so it wasnâ t even a whole new system. They are supposed to be a â Christianâ company, the guys (the first guy & the ones that installed it) were extremely nice but Iâ m disappointed that 20 grand wasnâ t a whole new system. Yes they financed but if you pay like they want you to the 20 turns into 40 something. They also get a bonus or something with a good review so they ask you to do that. I donâ t do reviews unless Iâ m really impressed or really disappointed, so that is why google reviews are good.

Still having trouble with other AC units.

If you want an issue fixed the first time, Service 1st Pros may not be the right fit for you. If you know me, you know I don't leave negative reviews if at all possible. However, in this situation, I am very upset at Service 1st Pros. I came into my basement 3 days ago to find water coming from my air conditioning unit. My carpet was wet, so I had to begin the grueling process of drying the carpet. I called Service 1st Pros to come look into the issue. A tech came and said I needed a new condensate pump because that was the issue. He had to send another tech to install the condensate pump. The second tech came late that evening and installed the condensate pump. I was happy that the issue was fixed...except it wasn't. The next day, I came into the basement, only to find the same situation as the day before - more water coming from the AC unit. I called Service 1st Pros again and I was told someone could come back on Monday. Service 1st Pros sent the same tech on Monday who installed the condensate pump (which wasn't the problem and also not inexpensive). The tech checked everything but said he couldn't figure out where the water was coming from. After making a minor adjustment (clearing a bit of rust from a pipe), he said I should be good to go, as far as the water is concerned. Less than 2 hours later, what do I find at my AC unit? More WATER!!! Service 1st Pros has been to my house 3 times and has not fixed the issue. I am VERY disappointed and tired of having to deal with water on my floors. If you want an issue fixed the first time, Service 1st Pros may not be the right fit for you.
