Josh was outstanding in all respects. He is a gentleman, very polite and has extensive knowledge. He went out of his way to diagnose our problem and find a solution extremely quickly. The temperature was brutally cold, and we were extremely uncomfortable. When he made a commitment for a specific time, he kept his word. We are so satisfied and pleased that we have become a "customer for life." I highly recommend Josh and his company.

This is the first time using HomeAdvisors. They use Service First Pros and they did great for me. I called on Sunday morning and by Sunday afternoon, my heater was fixed and my house was warm.

Made me feel I was in good hands

Called them on a Saturday morning because I did not have heat and it was in the 20's outside and was in the mid 50's inside and getting colder. Josh came out and replaced apart to get heat but had to order another part on Monday to finish the job. It has taken several days to get the part due to having a Trane unit and they do not carry these parts, He hoped to get the part from Atlanta on Monday but they had to order it, This was not their fault and was very apologetic. Hope the part will be in today and he will come and install it in the morning. Even though it is Saturday and he had plans with his Family.

This is a hard review to write, because my ratings are such extremes on service and price. The service by this company was the best I have ever experienced. They would be rated a 10 on a 5 star scale. However, the price was 150% of what I think it should have been ($1000 vs $600) after calling around after the fact. My furnace broke down on the coldest day of the year, so I don't know if they took advantage of that or not. But, again, the service was unbelievable, so I can't be too upset.

The thermostat was installed and worked for 2 days then it lost all power so I called and they could not come until the day after. I was left with out heat. They will be coming back today

Not only was this company responsive and came as quickly as possible, but they wanted to fix my furnace to my satisfaction and to meet my financial situation. They were a real value and I will use this vendor in a few months to perform routine maintenance and replace wearing parts. I am warm on the coldest night of the year!

Brian showed up and was very professional and knowledgeable he explained the repairs and showed me pictures since my furnace is in the attic. He was pleasant and made sure I understood what was needed and all cost. I will definitely use this company for future needs because of Brian.

Josh is a great guy. He came out late on a Sunday evening to repair our furnace. He had to replace the blower motor and had one on his truck. Great service from these guys. I highly recommend these guys and will use them again. THANK YOU JOSH.

Josh has excellent professional customer service. He was very knowledgeable and made clear what I should consider for my follow up maintenance.
