Brian was very professional and courteous. He did a great job repairing our upstairs unit. We did have two scheduling mishaps, but Josh called me personally to apologize and sincerely worked to make it right. We will continue to use them for our yearly maintenance.

We called first thing Monday morning after 2 of our 3 hvacs went out. The owner himself answered the call and promptly put us on his schedule for that days service between 3-5. Paul called and asked if he could come 30 minutes early as he finished an appointment earlier, which was great for us. He thoroughly went over both units and got both running to peak performance. Our home was cool and back to normal (45% humidity) within in hours. We will definitely call Service 1st Pros again! Also, Paul is veteran and we love companies that hire vets!! 🇺🇸
