I hired them to come out and do a diagnostic on my a/c that was leaking water. I paid an $89 fee for them to come out and, if I used them, that fee would go towards repairs. After they told me what the problem was and what it would cost, my first thought was I needed to get other quotes and opinions even if I would waste the fee that I already paid. Thank God I did because I saved myself a lot of money. Do yourself a favor and get other quotes before using them. Also they dont have an hourly rate just package deals.

Philip Suggs, a service expert from First Pros, was able to diagnose what was wrong with my central air conditioner and repaired it the same morning . They answered promptly on a holiday and came and repaired my ac unit which was great. The problem was the pricing. I paid nearly $500 to have a capacitor replaced. I’ve had 3 replaced in the past at other homes and nobody charged me more than $150. Capacitors are cheap and take minutes to install. I suspected it was the capacitor based on the issues I’ve seen with them in the past. I wish I would have ordered the part and replaced it myself.

Had to replace a power box for the condenser and replace the whip powerline. Job was done quickly and done well. Price was the average for those parts and I was shown the price prior to work beginning.
