Saved the weekend for our family! After our home warranty company told us we would have to wait until Monday to have our air conditioner checked Ken called me immediately after reaching out to Home advisor. He spent at least 30 minutes with me on the phone trying to trouble shoot. He had Paul out the next morning and we have air flowing again. The warranty company put the wrong part on the unit and friend the motor. Thank you so much for your help, awesome customer service, and fantastic serviceman. We will be calling for all future needs.

Paul was on time and told me the a/c unit did not need freon, but instead, took a photo of a wire problem. He made the repair and in time I'll see if it works! Nice guy.

The service technician was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem right away and repaired. Also checked the freon pressure level and added freon as requested.

The work by Paul was excellent, he was courteous and helpful despite a sudden rain downpour. The level of customer service was above and beyond - Ken kept me updated through the process, and he and Josh followed up with an open line to do everything to make sure I was satisfied. It was raining, and he made sure to put on covers for his boots, just so he wouldn’t track anything in. I’ve not had that personal touch before, and I greatly appreciate it.
