Service First Pros were excellent! After calling 6 different A/C repair companies who were not able to come out on a Sunday. I got a call back immediately from Ken. He sent JC out who was professional and quickly diagnosed the problem and got us up and running. This was especially important since we have a 4 month old. I liked the fact that the company sent me a picture and the name of the repair tech who was coming to the house. I was able to verify the face when he arrived. He was very respectful but confident with what he was doing. He readily answered all my questions. I am very satisfied with his work and will readily recommend this company.

I was given a start time, a photo of the technician and a brief history of his credentials. He was on time, courteous, professional and took time to explain what the problem was, how he was going to do the repair and followed through. He asked if I had a maintenance plan, no pressure, no sales talk, just an explanation of how it would work. I took the maintenance contract, and couldn’t be happier. They even called me that night to make sure everything was still alright. I highly recommend them!

JC came out and had my unit back up running in no time. The AC had not been cooling the house for a few days and before JC left my home was feeling comfortably chilled as the air conditioning unit was working well. Quick response and courteous even to my dog who greeted him in her own way.

This company provided the best service I’ve had in a long time. The owner called me prior to the technicians arrival and gave me a little background on the technician. The technician was very personable and knowledgeable, he explained everything in detail and offered me several options for repair. If the need arises, I will not hesitate to use them again.

They called quickly, after hours, when contacted via HomeAdvisor. They repaired my central a/c the next morning. Showed up on time and very courteous too. Will use them again.

I contracted this company to help me repair the AC units at my mother’s home in GA; I live in AL. Ken was terrific! Very understanding and helpful of the fact that I required more description and assistance than perhaps other customers. He communicated well and frequently with me. Additionally, Josh, the technician, and veteran, was equally as thorough and helpful to my situation. I would highly, highly recommend this company to anyone needing Heating or Air Conditioning maintenance or service. As a matter of fact, I have already recommended them to a friend! They guarantee their work and they perform with a great attitude. Additionally, they boldly support the military. My husband served active duty Army for 21 years. Ken did not heaitate to extend his appreciation for my husband’s sacrifice and service; and offered us a military discount. A truly delightful experience! Thank you Service First Pros! Paul was very respectful and explained everything to us very well.

Techs showed up on time, explained everything and had me up and running in about 30 minutes. Courteous and friendly, telling what could be fixed and what I could wait on which wasn'’t in my bugdet. Offered many fianancing offers and a military discount. Overall I will use this company for everything related and look forward to buying my new unit from them next spring. I adamantly recommend you give them a shot to impress you. Everyone was helpful from the guy who answered the phone to the techs and even when we had follow up questions. Best company I could have hoped for!!!

Very professional, quick and curtious!! Came out to fix my air on a Sunday VERY HOT evening , had the extra parts with him so he didn’t even have to order parts and fix at later date!!

Ken and Paul went out of their way to help me get my a.c. working again for my terminally ill son. They went above and beyond and I am greatly appreciative of this company coming so fast for my boy. Paul was very well mannered and nice.
