These guys were fantastic. Great communication, easy to schedule and I've learned more today than the last 20 years. Super thorough. I've had maintenance contracts with two other WELL KNOWN HVAC companies and these guys are so much better. Highly recommend.

Very professional. Sent videos . wow Was able to fix instead of buying a new system. I was not on site as it was a condo my Mother lived in . And it was beastly hot . Fixed in one day. Replaced a part that another company said was not available. My Mother said the tech went right to work And did not stop for 3 hours. I am satisfied

They were super friendly and punctual. He was efficient in diagnosing the problem too. I thought the text I received stating the technician s entire life story prior to his arrival was unnecessary. The standard service call charge was a little high, even for a weekend rate, but I guess that s what they need to do to get by. Still I d recommend their services.

The customer service and professionalism these guys gave me was outstanding. I got a text and a call saying they were on the way. The had me up and running in no time. The service tech, Auston, was on time and courteous. I received a call when he was on the way along with a text of a photo so I could see who would be arriving at my front door. When Auston arrived he immediately put on booties before tracking across my hardwood floors - gold star in my book. The problem? My A/C was making a monstrous noise when it was on, making it impossible for a goodnight sleep. For the cost ($89) Auston spent a good bit of time (~1.25 hrs) inspecting and assessing the attic and outdoor units...a great value based on labor-to-price. I felt that Auston was honest and did not try "up-selling" me on something that was not needed. Turns out, the problem with my engine-loud outdoor unit was because of two loose screws. Who knew! He took pics and video to show me what was going on and repaired the problem for the cost of the service fee that I was paying anyway. As a woman, I sometimes feel like the service person is talking to me as if I have no clue. Not Auston. He was thorough in his explanation and offered solutions for future repairs. Awesome customer service Auston and Service First Pros!
