The service was performed by Daniel Williams. He was very professional and respectful of my house and of me. He provided suggestions on what to do to improve my HVAC system and performed the PM in a timely manner and cleaned up after all of his work. I highly recommend Daniel and Service Pros.

I had the displeasure of using Service First Pros when my AC went out. The tech they sent was polite enough and diagnosed the problem quickly which was a burnt out fan motor for the condensing unit outside. I was told the fan motor and capacitor would be replaced as a "package deal". I was quoted $829...definitely steep, right? Must be some expensive parts. Took the tech less than 45 minutes to do the work and everything was working fine. I asked for the capacitor that was replaced, but the tech told me it was blown. I told him I'd like it anyway. He couldn't produce it. Why? Because he hadn't replaced it! So, he lied about it being blown, it was fine and my AC was working. He went to his truck, got a new capacitor and put it in. I now have the old capacitor which worked fine. I called the office and complained. The owner called me back apologizing and they knocked $150 off my bill. Since I'm an engineer, I began doing a little research and looked up the parts online.The capacitor is $25 and the fan motor is $130 for a total cost of $155 for parts. That leaves $524 for the cost of installing. This is from their website "Customers love us because we do the right thing when no one is watching." I DON"T THINK SO!

The whole experience with them were great. Their service was excellent and the technician Brian was very professional and hard working. Definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs AC serviced.
