I came back from being out of town to my AC not working. Called first thing the next morning and got an afternoon appt. When I told Sherry how hot it was in my house she said she would try to get me an earlier spot if she could. She came through and Josh quickly diagnosed the problem and went to work fixing the issue to get my AC back up and running.

They did an excellent job at finding out what was wrong with my AC and telling me future options. I had an appointment set in the afternoon but he called late morning and said he was available if I was so that was also a plus. Service 1st Pros is honest, professional, and very thorough. I had two other technicians from other companies come to my home with their interpretation of why there was water in my AC unit pan. One changed my filter. The other blew out my line. Only Service 1st Pros investigated to find the source of the issue. My furnace was cracked and leaking into my AC unit!!!! He took pictures and videos to explain in detail what had occurred. I'm so grateful to have found a vendor I can trust. Josh was fantastic!

They were able to Come and fix the AC On a very hot July day, the same day I called them. The pro that came to my house was pleasant and professional. He had to fabricate a part to fit my older air conditioner and it is now cooling my home beautifully. I would say that is above and beyond service. I would call Service First Pros again.

They were able to come out the same day for air conditioning service. They provided a courtesy call and photo of the tech before their arrival. Price was fair, and service fee waived if repair was done. Also wore mask (for Covid) and foot coverings while in the house.

I was not made aware that they would not service the inside mechanism and they only serviced outside to the tune of $456, which included 3 lbs of refrigerant. The unit seems to be working but the lack of communication makes me wonder why they came to begin with. I would not recommend them on that alone.

Showed up nearly 4 hours late...I missed my service appointment for my business costing me money. Charged me over $1,400...unit was working when they arrived btw. Stopped working twice once left. Owner Josh mentioned he would call and reimburse my personal lost (around $350) business due to such a late arrival (I had to cancel)...however never heard back. Not recommend...I believe in honesty and doing what you say you will do. This company is money hungry and are like door to door carpet sales...just go somewhere else.

$100 for the visit just to let us know that our 3 months new a/c unit is too small for 0.5 gallons. They gave us an estimate of $8k to fix the problem.

I like that he wore gloves, mask and shoe covers. Very nice to deal with and explained everything in detail

They said I needed Freon and sealer in my system and when they put the sealer in the compressor locked up and an 800.00 repair turned into an 8000.00 repair. They assumed no responsibility and they gave no type of discount for braking my ac. The tech had to keep calling someone to ask what to do next. After calling other a/c companies to get an estimate they all said they never use sealer because it can damage the compressor. I do not recommend this company at all.

I did not hire this pro only because the A/C service that normally works on the A/C called around 6:00 am and was able to have it repaired before 9:30 am this morning. If I were going to recommend or search again, I would recommend this company. They were very professional and I received a text early this morning and a follow up call from their office. I advised that I would keep them in mind for the future if I need them! Don

Service First Pros delivered what they promised WOW service.Installation crew was professional worked all day and left the property cleaned and in order. Pricing was competitive and fair. Service First Pros have an A+ rating with the BBB and they deserve that rating 200%. From the service call thru installation of the new system the Service First Pros are reliable professionals. I am a customer for life.

Daniel was our professional technician today and called before the appointment to ask if he could come early, which we were great with that and he did. Daniel first asked for us to share with him what the issue was with our heat pump. He was an excellent listener, and after doing a diagnostic review of our entire system, made a list of recommendations and sat down with us and reviewed each item, including the price. After my wife and I spent time discussing each item, we shared our decisions with him and he efficiently, thoroughly and professionally completed the tasks involved. It was a great experience for us and we fully recommend Service 1st Pros to each of you who are looking for someone to repair your air conditioning unit!
