Awesome company, I had another company come out and said could not be fixed, tried to sell me on new system, Honest company signed up for maintenance program.

We had an old unit that broke and we wanted to fix it, but after inspection the technician recommended replacing it and they offered us a very good deal. Response time was quick, and installation was scheduled for the next day. We were very impressed with this family own business.

Increadably competent, trustworthy, expedite, and friendly. I would invite all employees that I met to my home as friends. The installation of my heating unit was fast and completely done. Terrible customer service. Worked on wrong heating system four times. They left me with NO HEAT and $2300 less in my wallet. I had to call another company to come out and install a new Smart thermostat for $200 which included new filters for three systems. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We called them about not having heat in one part of the house. They tried to sell us a NEW system but we decided not to. They said it was fixed and no problems, we thought it was fixed. HA HA. We had three heating systems, I even bought a warranty from them. They came out the next day for the repair and suppose to do the work. Well, it did not. I bought a room heater because of NO HEAT in the living room, kitchen or one bedroom. I called again after my son came home from being out of town. They came out again and worked on the wrong heating unit again. Tech said I needed a new thermostat, okay, I was charged another $400 plus for the new thermostat which I had to pay for in advance. Tech came out again with a new thermostat but told my son that the thermostat was still under warranty and to contact Smart thermostats to have it covered by warranty. Never installed a new thermostat, still no heat again. My son finally called a friend and got their heating mans number. He came out, said the thermostat was too old for warranty and installed a new thermostat, and changed all air filters. I was ripped off by this company, they will not call you back even though promised. DO NOT USE
