The two techs that came out were very kindand informative. One was named Zeke. Sorry I can't remember other one. They both explained what was wrong with our 25 yr old ac!! Lol. Very comfortable with them. Would use them again

Our first time using Service First Pros, but not our last. They were prompt, efficient and had reasonable pricing. I recommend them and especially Ben, the technician who inspected and fixed our problem.

Zach was a great technician. He was knowledgeable and friendly, arrived on time and was able to fix our A/C unit so we did not have to stay over night in a hotel. Would recommend.

Repairman was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He explained to me how furnaces work and things to look out for. Really good experience.

They did a good job but it cost me a lot more than I expected. I looked up what an HVAV service should cost. It should be between $75 and $150. At first the technician quoted about $399 for a one time service. When I balked on that he said they had a two service plan for $299. Reluctantly I said OK. I did not really want a service plan. I check the filters every couple of months and I believe once a year service should be enough for a relatively new system that is working fine. We will, I guess two services for $299 is at the top of the suggested price for this service. I will just have to call them up in six months for my free second service even thought I do not believe they will have much to do on my system.

Chuck Norris was outstanding. He was conscientious, professional, competent and had excellent customer service skills. He explained everything he was doing and provided additional advice about HVAC system care and maintenance. I would definitely recommend him and the company to friends and neighbors.

HVAC system is less that two years old, but I wanted to sign with a company to inspect and maintain the system on a scheduled basis. Selected Service First Pros, LLC based on the excellent reviews listed on Home Advisor and other on-line sites. I was not disappointed. Customer service provided was excellent. The technician (Ben S.) was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. He gladly answered all of my questions and basically educated me about everything that he was doing. Ben provided me with estimates on several recommended projects (that I requested - no hard sell). I will definitely be using this company in the future.

Technically not yet complete, but so far very good. Rep who visited was very friendly and professional.
