Description of Work: Mr. May tuned my piano, which had not been tuned for several years and had just been moved within the last year from another house. He was very friendly, seemed competent and the piano sounded very good when he finished. I thought the price was a little high but it was only a little higher than what another contractor had quoted, so probably is not out of line. My only less than excellent comment would be that Mr May was running behind schedule but failed to call me and tell me. I called him after I had waited most of my lunch hour for him, and he was there soon after, but I was disappointed that he did not let me know he was going to be late. I would call him again for service, but would not try to do it on a limited lunch hour!

Our piano had not been tuned for many years and was in real need of tuning. Dean was going to be in Indianapolis to tune a friend's piano and had time to tune ours as well. I am really pleased with the results. After playing our piano briefly, Dean said, "We can help this piano!" He certainly did. Not only is Dean very experienced at his work, he is also a talented pianist and provided me with a lovely performance when he was finished. We will be using Dean in the future to keep our piano in tune. There is a discount for those who choose to have their pianos tuned twice a year, so the cost will be about $50 less in the future. We paid more for the initial tuning because our piano was so badly out of tune. What a difference that tuning made. I am playing my piano regularly again, and thoroughly enjoying myself. Dean travels state wide keeping music lovers happy.
