Description of Work: I had my whole condo painted, I wanted a satin finish, but it was more of a flat. And there were a lot of places that looked like he ran out of paint on his roller and so was unfinished. I did not care how much he. Used, I just wanted a good job. I have touched up some of the areas that i could ---. At my other house he did a beautiful job on painting our fireplace. ??. I had a family member who was going to paint everything for half, but we gave our word to mark .so we went ahead with mark.

Description of Work: I am not sure of the date, and the price, but he was very reasonable and did a great job and was very careful as to not make a mess.I assume this is the place that is also a cleaners .

+ -1 moreMark is very neat and does excellent work. I felt that he was very reasonable in price. It took a while, but there were steps to go through for the painting that was done. My fireplace is beautiful. I am very happy with his work.
