 + -1 moreEverything went exactly as was promised. Mr Gonzales is a pro in every way. His crews are responsive and always go above and beyond my expectations. I have used Midwest Contracting for cement work (ripping out and replacing old, crumbling sidewalk and steps), minor roof repairs, and gutter cleaning each spring and fall. Wouldn't think of using any other company for this kind of work.

Description of Work: We needed roof and interior repairs to our house after a wind/rainstorm damaged it. They did the temporary patch work on the roof as well as the permanent repairs, inside ceiling and wall repairs, etc.

Description of Work: i needed two jobs done. small roofing patch on corner of garage and replacement of front poarch posts. midwest was slow (one week) to come out to give an estimate. after another week and a half i had to call them to see whats up - hadnt seen them yet. they then stated the roof patch was done (never saw them but it doesn;t leak anymore) and that they would be out shortly for the poarch post. rob told me to go up to menards and purchase the posts and he would pick them up and finish the job shortly. well, after three notices from menards that i needed to pick up the posts, or they would need to return them to warehouse, i went back to menards and arranged to have them delivered to the house. i called midwest two more times - with no response from Rob. and two months later - my poarch posts are still resting were menards delivery placed them. (atleast they are safe and dry) if midwest would happen to show up to finish the job i'd send them on their way. would i ever use midwest contracting again? no how - no way! they didn't even have the courtesy to offer up an excuse as to their failure to show up. small side note in their defense - menards said this was very unusual for midwest and they do a ton of buisness with them.

 + 0 moreRoof began to leak and caused damage, called Midwest they came out when they said they would, on time. We set down and went over all my options to solve the issues at hand. Got a start date , and the job was started on time.The work performed on my house is second to none,some of the best craftsmanship I have seen.These guys truly know what they are doing,and they make sure that all of your other property is taken care of ,and clean up was as if nothing had ever happened, in fact my yard was cleaner than before. Oh yah the job was completed on time ,and for the same price that was given .
