I called mid-morning on Friday and they were out that afternoon. The repairman was friendly and professional. Was shown the old part. The part price and the service charge were reasonable.

I simply wanted an estimate on what it would take to get my 100 year old home to have more cold air on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and if I should replace the window unit on the 3rd floor. He inspected every part of the AC and furnace systems, cleaned everything and gave me some ideas on how to improve overall air flow. He did it all for free, even though I offered to pay. I will use him in the future when I want to make additional changes to the AC system in my home.

Arrived on time and explained the process with the changes that had to be made to install the new furnace. Three individuals including the owner of the business did most of the installation but assistants finished up. Owner came back to check the work and to make small changes that we requested.

He did a really good job. They called afterwards to check on the job. This was the first time I used them. He did what he said he was going to do and came when he said he was going to come. He was real honest with us. They didn't track mud through the house. They came out right away. They came right on time. My nephew had recommended him to us.
