Did a very good job.

He did a really good job for me. I've used him six or seven times. He gave me a really cheap price. It was a really complicated job. I tried to do it myself, and it was really difficult to get up in there and do it. The price was lower than I expected. He was right on time. He has always been professional for me. I will be calling him again.

They are wonderful. They don't always come out immediately, you call them during the day and then at night when they get done with their work they return calls. Depending on how many people they have scheduled they either get to you the next day or the following day. I called them once in an emergency and they weren't able to come right away but they told us what to get and it solved our problem and saved our floor. Then they came the next day to do the work. I thought the price was a little high but everything is high nowadays. They clean up after themselves and bring their own rags, they are very good. They have long hair and wear jeans.

We left a message and he returned our call that evening. He came out to our house two days later to give us an estimate and it was repaired within another two days. His price was very reasonable and he does quality work.

I paid $400 for that work and they crawled underneath the crawl space and changed some pipes. I called them and asked them to come out and they were supposed to show up on a Tuesday, but never showed up. This is the second time they have done that in the last 6 months and they have always been recommended and used here. People know them as the Marshall boys and they are well known. I used them before and they did a good job, so I called them again. When you call you always get an answering machine and the father always calls you back and you talk to him and schedule something. The last time they did not show up and again this time they did not, so we went on to using someone else.

Very Well, plumbers did a excellent job, Would highly recommend them. I had a toilet leaking, a plugged up garbage disposal and it would not run, a bathroom faucet that would not stop dripping and a second toilet that was rocking. I called 3 plumbers, John & Johns was the only one that responded to my call. They came out for a free estimate and gave me an approximate price. They were very helpful and gave me good advice on what type of toilet to purchase - type of flush, amount of water, round or elongated, etc. I was very pleased with their work and today - 09/02/10 - I have had no problems. I recommended them to my sister. She had them install a new sink and install a gas line for a new stove. They will also be returning to install a new shower in her master bathroom.

Excellent. Jim is a great guy. He arrived early and we weren't home (who expects the plumber to show up on time?) so he rescheduled for the very next day. Gave us an estimate that was $1,200 lower than a previous estimate (no kidding!), and the work was done in an hour. Everything was clean when he left. The finish work (caulking around toilet) was very neat. Couldn't be happier. We have major work to do on two bathrooms, and Jim will be our plumber.
