+ -1 moreTerrible, see above. We told by insurance adjuster that roof was put on incorrectly.
Description of Work: Lough Brothers put on a roof 6 years ago and now we have a leak that has caused mold and damage in a bedroom. The business was totally non responsive. We were told it was a chimney issue, but you can see hole in roof! We must now get other contractors to do.

Description of Work: We had a new roof put on. When a problem arose with plywood underneath old roof, we were promptly notified and shown the problem. Each day the workmen cleaned up and did not leave a dumpster in the driveway. When I had a question after installation, the salesperson came right away.

+ -1 moreWill not use this company ever again and making sure everyone we know hears our story.
Description of Work: We had a house fire and when the house was gutted for rebuild we found two leaks. Called this company, they came and looked at job and gave us a quote which we accepted. We signed contract which stated that any additonal work would be agreed upon in writing. They did the work which seems ok (won't know for sure until we actually get rain if ever) and we received bill from them which was $1300 more than we agreed on! Contractor claims he tried to call us and explained that the job was much bigger when they took off siding for repairs. I can understand that but the additonal expense was all labor! We had less than $70 in supplies. He did offer to discount bill $300, which still seems unfair. We paid the bill against our better judgement, we really considered just letting courts handle it but didn't want the hassle!

+ 0 moreThis company was contacted and agreed to come out and quote roof and siding storm damage that totaling $20,000.00. They did not show up. They were contaced two more times. I was told that the contractor would call back to set up a appointment. They never called back. Hired another contractor to do the job.
