DIfferent workers over 2 week period. Foul language constantly. Always asking for money for supplies. Never followed through on little details after paid. When complained to the contractor he cussed at customer, was rude and has even hung up on customer. Would not fix the details that were wrong. Now, deck boards are sloping, boards are coming up, deck is becoming uneven and looks bad.

The first day that this company came to my house one of the employees looked at my roof and determined that there was only 1 layer of shingles and that the job could be a re- roof. I knew that wasn't correct. I bought the house a year ago and my home inspector at that time told me that the roof would need to be replaced and it would be a complete tear off because there were already 3 layers in place. After the initial estimate, I called this to the owners attention at which time he got on the roof, tore a chunk of roofing off and told me I was correct, the job would be a tear off. I paid this company $5,300 for materials with $3,700 due upon completion. The job was to start 7 days from the date I paid the deposit. That was 5 weeks ago. I was never contacted by this company again. I have made numerous phone calls to find out when the job would be started and was always given the run around about rain, other jobs etc. I finally called to request my money back so I could hire another company and was told by the owner that I would put him in a "financial bind" if he had to refund my money!! I was told that materials had already been bought for my job and he planned on starting the following day. He never showed up. After hiring another company, I called the original roofer back and told him that the new company would buy the materials from him, so neither of us would be out any money. He has never returned my calls. I have now had to hire an attorney to persue this matter. I had the cash on hand for this job, but will now have to finance it through the new roofing company. Talk about a financial bind!!! The owner of this company is the most dishonest person I have ever met. I would put him on 50 Angies Lists!!!!
