Koorsen Fire & Security Installation at 2 business locations and house. This was the first time for my company to have this type of security system installed. The last 2-3 years of issues just don't seem to be getting addressed in a way that they are getting fixed. We have a camera that they have been trying to fix since 2013. I really don't like to give reviews good or bad, but this issue has gone on way to long and at this point Koorsen Fire & Security has been given ample amount of time and money to resolve. I am doing this to give anyone looking to use Koorsen Fire & Security some of the issues we have had. Koorsen Fire & Security will come out look at all the issues but when they leave I still have issues. It's well we need to get with Clinton, or we need to go back and see how to address the problem..... spent money to replace equipment, replaced cameras, replaced DVRs, replaced expensive hardware with inexpensive hardware, checked this and that....... and issues are still not fixed at multiple locations .
