 + -1 moreJeff came out to service the under sink drinking water filters. He ran test and made suggestions regarding our 15 year old system. We agreed to upgrade the sytem. Jeff presented all options and provided no pressure to upgrade.

 + -1 moreWe have a walk out basement and we let him drive around to the back so he could have his tools and parts nearby. He replaced all the seals and working parts, drained and washed the brine tank, emptied and washed the salt container and hooked everything back up. The final price was about $350 less than originally quoted to me.
Description of Work: After many tries to reach this company, they finally answered their phone and scheduled a service call for this week.Will post more info after service call (The single F report showing for this contractor is mine=due to not being able to get an anwer on their phone or a return phone call for so long...) Their technician answered the phone and we set the appointment. He was on time and completely prepared to rebuild my 30 year old Kinetico Softener.
