Very nice ladies who cleaned my kitchen top to bottom .Everything shines . Also had a young man from same company do my outside windows . Wonderful job . I will hire them again and again ,and tell my friends about them too.

Description of Work: They did not do half of the things that was agreed upon. They had to return and do the job. The girls are very unprofessional they talked on their cell phones a lot. They used feather dusters on ceiling fans that had grease and dirt on them ...... there needed to be a washed with a cleaning solution or just plain soap and water.

First I want to point out that this review is left 6 mo after our interaction. [member name removed] called wanting her rental cleaned. I had our maid service manager meet her there and do a walk through with her with our "Checklist Builder" worksheet to have an agreement of what is to be done and estimate how long it would take. [member name removed] was happy with the estimate and left to run errands while the girls cleaned. She gave them her Cell number to call when they were done because we request all new customers to do walk throughs to make sure they are happy when we are done. The girls cleaned all of the things on the checklist and called the number that turned out to be her home phone and she wasn't home so they had to leave a message. They waited over half an hour to hear back from her and finally she came to do the walk through. She walked through with the girls and checked everything and said she was happy and signed the back page of the Checklist Builder where it says that everything has been cleaned to her satisfaction. She wanted a receipt so the girls got her email and told her I would email her the receipt when I received her check. She called me later that afternoon to tell me that she canceled the check because she hadn't received a receipt. I explained to her I was still out on jobs and hadn't even been to the office to receive her check. Then we had to get a new check to receive since the first was canceled. The next day she calls and says that the girls "didn't do anything" that they had agreed on. I was confused because I had the checklist with notes and signed by her and her check. I asked her to be more specific about what they missed and she complained that they didn't clean the ceiling fan or toilet. I sent them back to do touch ups but the toilet was clean and the issue with the fan is that she told them using the pole duster was sufficient. After the fact she says they need to get up there and hand wipe it...so they did. Then she started adding stuff, like cleaning in register vents, that was not discussed on the walk through and was not on the checklist that they had worked up together. We did these things to satisfy her. Still now 6 months later she is leaving complaints and saying things like they were on their cell phones the whole time even though she was not even there while they cleaned. We work hard to promote clear communication with our "Checklist Builder" it helps you clarify what you want done before work is started. It also provides a checklist to check what has been done when the work is completed. To have us come clean your home in a way that makes you completely satisfied takes clear communication. Our processes promote that and our cleaners try to emphasise that but it takes both parties working together for the process to work. Even when [member name removed] did not follow the process we still returned and did additional items that were not on the checklist, free of charge...and she still chose to be unhappy.

Description of Work: called to inquire about their services, asked what kind of cleaning supplies were used. our home has hardwood floors, tile, corian, granite and all stainless steel appliances i have had some less than stellar cleaning ladies who used cleaning methods that damaged appliances and corian. i was told that they use lysol disinfectant to clean and that the person who handled scheduling would contact me. no one contacted me to schedule an appointment and explain more thoroughly the cleaning process - disinfecting is not cleaning. we have a medical supply company and we MUST disinfect all equipment BEFORE cleaning ... this requires that the disinfectant remain on the equipment for 10 minutes before wiping off - i doubt any cleaning service can waste the time to spray on a disinfectant and wait 10 minutes before the next step. i was under the distinct impression their was no next step, just spray on lysol and wipe off. very unprofessional to not respond even if they did not want the job.

[member name removed] called me and I spoke with her about our cleaning explaining that we use Lysol disinfecting products. There are different levels of disinfecting and cleaning a house is not the same as disinfecting medical equipment. Surely the disinfectants that she uses in her job need to have the dwell time to do their full job as necessary for their purpose. For cleaning homes we do prefer to use Lysol Products and they have worked well for us and our customers have been happy with their effectiveness. I did pass on [member name removed] information to our maid service manager. Our maid service manager is very good about getting back with people but there always could have been a miscommunication or maybe she wasn't able to catch [member name removed]? [member name removed] never called me back or made me aware of any problem, if she had, I would have been happy to help her.

For the first few months things went fine. When I realized that I only needed them to clean my 3 bathrooms I spoke to them about the charges. Even though they would be done in 25 minutes they were charging me for an hour $65. I spoke with Casey and her sister and asked that instead if looking for other work foe them to do would they be willing to just charge me for 1/2 hour for cleaning the bathrooms. They agreed and said it was no problem. After they left I saw they did NOT clean my master bedroom bath, when I text her and brought it to her attention she apologized and said they would get it next time. Next time never came. I waited for them for one hour. I called and left 3 messages. They not only didnt call but they didnt show up. I continually called for three days. Finally I got the owner on the phone and he said they didn't feel it was worth their time if it was only for 1/2 hour!!! So they just don't show up? Or call? Or discuss it??? VERY unprofessional, I would NEVER recommend them!!!!

The cleaning was good and the experience was professional as Terri's previous review shows. We were not charging more than we stated. We have a minimum fee to make it worth our time to come clean. As a business we cannot send two employees to your house for a half hour for $30 and cover payroll, equipment, and gas and still make any money. That is why we have a minimum of 2 man hours per visit. If you need less cleaning you are still at the minimum charge. This was explained and agreed to before services began. The original plan was for the girls to clean your bathrooms and for them to use any extra time to do any additional cleaning you may need. You are the one that altered the plan and pressured them to clean for less even though they had told you from the beginning that there is a minimum fee. The only thing unprofessional is that the girls didn't feel comfortable telling you no. They should have said no to cleaning for $30 when you asked. They should have told you that they couldn't return for that price. Cassie did not want to call and talk to you due to the rude and aggressive message that you sent complaining when they had done the service for less than half of the agreed upon price. You should try to be more respectful to people that come to work for you or you should expect that a lot of people would want to avoid your calls. As I told you on the phone, we have multiple teams and could easily have paired you with another team that may have been more compatible with you. I'm sorry Cassie did not return your call. I have directed her to tell me in the future and I will call to offer another cleaning team or to cancel services if I feel it is not a situation that I want my employees to be exposed to. Our employees all work very hard for our customers and they deserve to be treated with respect. We will all miss some details when we clean and that is why we guarantee our services and offer each client to do a walk through when we are finished to make sure they are satisfied.

Look...it was mother's day weekend, and I was a first time customer. But I was getting married that weekend in the house and was hoping two cleaners could come and do a big party cleanup for me. Just take the pressure off the middle aged bride. The house was especially dusty. I described all of these circumstances to the person who took my call a few days ahead of the event. They said no problem. When one cleaner only showed up, I knew I was in trouble. I rolled up my sleeves and cleaned along beside her and showed her how to clean a few things she wasn't familiar with. Honestly...if I had known I was going to be doing the cleaning I would have done it myself days before. It was nerve wracking doing what I hired the cleaning service to do 24 hours before my wedding. Please, KCB don't say YES, if you're short-staffed and really mean MAYBE. Especially for such a special event! I have no objection with the young woman who came and worked. I do take exception with the scheduler who said yes to my request and then didn't actually provide the service I requested.

Hi [member name removed], I am sorry for the confusion. I talked to you less than a week before your wedding and you were running out of time and needed help to get the cleaning done before your wedding. I explained to you at that time that we were pretty tight but that we would try to get you some help if we could, I didn't promise two cleaners or even one for sure. We did have one of the girls available and she got you scheduled for the Thursday before your Saturday wedding. When she called you Wednesday to confirm the appointment you moved it to Friday and when she tried to get an early morning appointment you said that was too early. We stayed very flexible and worked you into a Friday that was already over booked. We went out of our way to accomodate you to help you out. I was baffled when Jessi called after arriving to tell me that you were angry that there was only one person and you wanted two. She and I were the only ones that would have promised you two people and neither of us had. I tried through all of my part timers and on call people but as I said, we were already stretching to get you some help on short notice. Had you kept the Thursday appointment, we could have tried to get you some more help Friday, or I may have been able to get Jessi a helper that day. If you had let her come earlier on Friday she could have been there longer. If you had asked her to stay till it was done Friday rather than doing it with her, she would have. Great overall experience. Good communication before the appointment, flexible, and results as expected or better. Purchased as a birthday present for my wife (Sounds terrible, but it's what she wanted) and they were able to reschedule for her availability. They were entirely unobtrusive and efficient. Will not only use them again, but may use them as a birthday gift for my MIL.

I contacted KCB for an estimate to clean my mom's condo on a bi-weekly basis. They were prompt and professional, and very flexible and willing to accommodate our needs. They answered all of my questions and ultimately did a super job with which my mom and I were very pleased. They are also very accommodating with invoice billing. KCB is a family-owned, local business, and I highly recommend them. I am looking forward to a long relationship with them.

Description of Work: Requested quote to clean my mothers home (approx 45 miles from where I live). Follow up call was excellent - quote was fair and time line was at my convenience. The most compelling feedback that I can provide is that the service provided was EXCELLENT! Mom's house was the cleanest I had seen it in some time (she is 80 and is challenged now to k). Jessi was outstanding and I would HIGHLY recommend this company and will use them again myself.
