I took my aluminum framed window to Kasameyer/A&B Window to be reframed, they told me it would be 3 days. I paid the the $48 they charged and trusted it would be done. Time came and went, I did not hear from them. I called, they lost my window! I stayed patient, more time passed, I called, they "accidentally" broke the glass in my window! Then when it was done, it had the wrong type of frame. They said they would come measure, it never happened. Owner said "a check was in the mail" refunding my money. I have never seen it. They have been unprofessional since the beginning. This nightmare started the beginning of May, I still do not have my window. 3 months for a 3 day job! I will never do business with them again, and I would not recommend them to anyone else.

My window was broken, and I called this company. They came out and measured and their guys told me that it would take two weeks to get the glass. We called in two weeks and they told me that it would take another week, as it still wasn't ready. He then spoke with my daughter and told me since Bridge Festival was going on, he wasn't going to have his people come out and deal with the traffic. We tried to clean up as much of the glass as we could. When they came back out, they then had to break some more of my window, and then I had to go out there and sweep up an entire dust pan full of glass. He then told my daughter that I was lying about having to do that. We flat out told him that he will not get any more business from us. At the end of it all, he said that he would give a refund of $75 after it was all said and done. It has been six weeks since we he promised that, and we have tried numerous times to get this figured out, and it is impossible to get a hold of him, or this refund. There is no excuse for this poor service.
