Improvements by Farr

It went great. They were professional, courteous, and quick. They cleaned up after themselves and they did a phenomenal job.

Excellent work!! Painting was immaculate - even without masking! Jeff Farr explained in detail what his crew would do and they did it. Crew was exceptionally courteous, professional, and always punctual. Very very pleased and definitely recommend Improvements by Farr to anyone! Their slogan - "Now that's an improvement by Farr" - says it all!

He is fantastic, his employees are also fantastic. They do what I ask of them and they do a very good job.

I trust Jeff in my home when I am not here. He is punctual, polite and honest. His price are fair and his work ethic amazing! He can be depended upon to do what he says he will do. Jeff is pleasant. Intelligent and dedicated. He is an expert craftsman. Who takes great price in his work.

Not the 1st time we have hired Jeff Farr. As always, he was punctual and worked quickly and professionally to finish the job. Definitely will continue to use him.

What really stood out was they were on time everyday and very clean and concise. If we weren't happy with something they would come back and fix it right away. We were so pleased with the quality of work that they did. They were very trustworthy and professional the entire process.

The contractor sent one guy out to do the entire remodel alone, unless it was a day he needed a check. The work went extremely slowly and then he charged us extra for supposedly not having the materials ready,(which was HIS job) saying it delayed the job.. He tore up the basement floor, which we had decided to keep, and then charged us almost another $1500 extra for his mistake. He then took the final payment and never returned to finish the job, so now there's a large hole beteewn two rooms where there was supposed to be a door. Horrible experience.
