Description of Work: Came on time and measured all windows and doors and use a program to calculate our needs. Gave me a quote with all prices broken down per part and labor, I was able to see every single part and price. Spent over an hour talking with us about our needs even though Brian (owner) was about 80% positive they would not get the job... ( out contractor quit and the bank made him finish or we would of had Hometown finish) I'm not sure how much time Hometown spent on the estimate but like I said it was broken down by cost and calculated by home, window size not eyeballed like Scott's heating. If we ever need anything done in the future Hometown is who we will use even if Scott's still has a warranty

+ -1 moreI called Hometown Heating and Air when my builder walked on our new construction, Brian (owner) came to my home site and measured all the rooms and Windows in order to map out the homes required HVAC needs, even though he knew ahead of time that there was a good chance he would not get the job because the builder was contractually bound to the job, Brian spent a good hour going over what he would do and still personally delivered a quote with detailed computer calculations of what size system we would need and a price breakdown of all components that would be installed. We had to continue with our builder and did not use Hometown but I was so impressed with the time Brian took to come out and meet and measure the house and point out a few things to fix when the builders HVAC sub returned. I will contract Hometown Heating and Air if I ever have any issues in the future.
