We thought he had an AC drain issue when we initially called. The problem is that we spent several hundreds of dollars for them to clean out our AC units to find out that was not the source of the leak. It was going to be $600, he did give us a discount for doing all this unnecessary work when we still had to call a plumber.

They did a very good work with reasonable price. They even took the $250 vetren rebate directly off my bill.

Curt was very professional, described the issues in great detail and was honest about work completed. Great guy and he charged us only for the service call. I would highly recommend Grayless Heating and Cooling!

I ended up not using them. He was very punctual in giving the quote. His knowledge was good. Everything else as far as getting the quote and being punctual was good. Everything was good. He seemed knowledgeable. Price was good. He got the quote back to me.

I called on a Sunday, basically in an emergency situation with kids and dogs in a house that had reached 87 degrees. They came out the next day and fixed the AC within 1-2 hours, and we haven't had any issues since.

We had a little trouble finding a time I could be home for the service call, so he ended up scheduling at end of day after he would have normally been done for the day. He was later than he had estimated, but that was understandable. Did not charge for the service call.

Lowest estimate/price and high quality work! They found a water leak while under the house, and THEY repaired it!! Even placed a new floor vent, within our home, for a more even distribution of air! Everything looks and is running great! THANK YOU, Curt Grayless and staff!

They are really good and they are the only ones we call. He takes care of all of our rentals; if we are out of town we just call and he takes care of it. He is great, prompt and goes out to fix the problem the same day I call. If he is going to be late he tells me to call my tenants and tell them he is going to be a couple of minutes late. I will use them again in the future.

He is so reliable. He called me when he said he was going to, he came when he said he was going to. He worked with us and gave us some great prices. It was a great experience.

Scheduled an appt for the Tuesday after Memorial Day. Serviceman was to arrive between 11 and 1:00. I took an extended lunch hour - however serviceman did not show up. I finally called him - said he got tied up on job. After a couple of appts and reschedules due to my schedule, he called me on my cell phone, we agreed to meet at my house in 20 minutes, said he was on the other side of town. The serviceman was 30 minutes late. The serviceman assessed the situation and found that the evaporation drain line pipe had come off, it was reglued and reinstalled. The serviceman also changed my filter, I had one on hand. The serviceman also offered to check my condenser unit and cleaned it thoroughly and tested and checked it with the gauges. Took about 30 minutes total. The serviceman took $20 off the price because he was late. I am satisfied with the results.
