+ -1 moreMy initial call was answered immediately and attempts at DIY solutions offered. When this did not work, time was set for service call at my convenience. Tech called prior to visit and arrived within the agreed upon time. Well satisfied with knowledge and skill of technician who made the call. Cost was deemed fair and reasonable for service given.
Description of Work: Furnace had quit working. Called on Saturday and service technician offered to come out, but I requested he come on Monday. Approximate time for their arrival was given and they called shortly prior to coming. Technician checked equipment and replaced parts. While tech present, furnace again failed and problem was traced to blocked condensation drain. Tech checked in attic and discovered straps supporting exhaust had given way;piping was lowered causing blockage by condensation. Tech repositioned pipes and replaced strapping. Furnace working properly now.

+ -1 moreThe unit was under warranty. We have a heat pump and it's on five or six mobile plastic legs and one of the legs broke so they had to come replace the leg. I wasn't here when they came but my husband was. They were fine and really good. They came in a timely fashion and pretty much showed up when they said they were going to show up. They've been doing this for a long time.
Description of Work: We used General Heating & Air Conditioning Co last week to fix one of the mobile plastic legs that were broken on which the heat pump is kept.

+ -1 moreI like them, they are very reputable. They come out as soon as we call. We always called them to repair our first heat pump which was installed by another company. They let us know our heat pump was a lemon and not worth repairing. We haven't had any trouble with the new one but they were very good to come out when I called before. They always call back quickly, they are very good.
