Description of Work: Ecology Pest Control has been servicing our pest/critter control for a couple years, and they always remedy my concerns. Description of Work: Called to address a serious mouse infestation of a recently-emptied home prior to renovation. Prompt and professional. Used different sizes of bait boxes, returned 2 weeks later at no additional charge (follow-up visit included in initial bill) to inspect and re-bait boxes. Will work with us to place outdoor tamper-resistant boxes just outside the home during renovation as well. A pleasure to work with!

Description of Work: Had hornets underneath concrete porch and in my rosebush. He used a powder to put down between the porch and steps for the hornets to carry into the nest and sprayed the rosebush. This was a first treatment. He told me if this didn't work he could return and drill into the concrete porch to get to the nest to destroy the nest. I will call him back.

Description of Work: We had our house protected against termite infestation. We did not have termites in the house or under it in the crawl space, but some in the area have had problems. We asked two companies to inspect and give us a price for the current protection and annual maintenance and Ecology was the less costly and did the best inspection. They are a good company with honest, knowledgeable, and friendly people.

Have never heard from them and has been almost two weeks now. UPDATE ... I was wrong. They did respond very promptly via email. MY APOLOGIES TO ECOLOGY PEST CONTROL FOR NOT THINKING TO CHECK MY SPAM FILTER.
Description of Work: No services performed. I contacted them via their web site but was never contacted by them. UPDATE ... I did receive a call from Ecology in relation to the negative review. The person stated that they had sent a prompt email response and that possibly my spam filter got it. He was correct. They responded very promptly but I did not know that. + -1 moreWe had an infestation of Silver Fish. They sprayed inside our house, garage, and crawl space. They had never had anyone with this problem. We still saw Silver Fish after a month so we had them come back out. They did further research on Silver Fish before coming back out and found something different to use. That application worked and we saw dead Silver Fish everywhere.
