DOUBLE BEE FENCE

Fence looks great, job was done on time workers were very kind and answered any questions we had.

It looks good but now we have to recheck all their work because of loose nails.

I asked a Double Bee crew about having repairs made to my chain link fence and gate while on my way to work one morning. The crew told me I should have to contact the office. I contacted the office TWICE (about two weeks between calls). Each time the receptionist told me that she would have someone call me back. No one ever contacted me. I called a competitor (Quality Fence) who came promptly and gave me an estimate for the repairs. Quality Fence met the timeline. The rew was very professional and the final bill was exactly as estimated, with 50% down and 50% due upon completion. Nice job Quality Fence!!

it went fine i was in no hurry and they came and did the job so i was happy the job looks nice after the treated wood looses the green color it will really look nice

I have used them before and they have done a quality job. They got the estimates in the time frame; they said it would be in. They followed up with couple of issues I had. They said they'll be in 2 days, but they were busy, so it's hard for them to commit. I will still use their services in future.

Upon completion of the fence, I was impressed. A short 7 months later the fence started to bow terribly. I called Double Bee Fence Co. to discuss the warranty, and options for repair. I've been calling Double bee between once every two weeks and once every month (not a harassing amount by any definition) ever since. I've never gotten anything more out of them than, "Somebody will be out to look at it." Nobody has come out to look at it. At this point, the gate, for which I paid extra, is unusable and has to be held closed with a cinder block. When I call Double Bee Fence Co. I get the same lady answering the phone each time. While she does not curse or use foul language, she is less than pleasant and flat out abrasive at times.
