 + -1 moreWow. I was totally amazed at how great this carpet looks. I will never call anyone else for this service. This was the high traffic area of our house. And it had been, at least, 6 years since last cleaned. We could not be happier. The price was much more than fair.

 + -1 moreHe was right on time, walked around to see exactly what needed cleaned & if I wanted the whole room cleaned or just traffic areas. He purposely worked his way Ted the front door so when he was done he wasn’t walking back over the floors. We had a stain on the carpet & he continued to work on it till it was cleaned. I am going to have them come back for my basement carpet & my van seats. They will do couches & chairs also. Definitely recommend! Really nice guy!

Description of Work: I had area rugs on hardwood floors cleaned and it had to be dry so the floors were not harmed. I also had entry steps and entry way carpet cleaned. Provider arrived on time and performed services efficiently. Everything looked very nice. I was very pleased with the work.

 + -1 moreGreat estimate, prompt and friendly service. Carpet looks great, and the crew was careful to work around my two indoor cats. Estimate was free; I like how they charge by the square foot, not per room, so in the bedrooms I wasn't charged for the space beneath the beds (didn't want that section of carpet cleaned). I also like the eco-friendly materials and that we could move furniture back and walk around immediately.
Description of Work: My four carpeted rooms hadn't been cleaned professionally in, gulp, a long time. Years... a decade, perhaps.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job. My only problem (slight) was that their method left grooves in the carpet, which they assured me would disappear over time, which they did; however I felt they might have used some sort of combing device to erase the lines faster. I fully intend to use them again.

Thanks to a coupon on Angie's List I was able to have my bedroom rug and also my living room sectional sofa cleaned for one low price! The service was excellent both on the phone and in person and they did an excellent job. I will definitely be call DC Cleaning in the future.
