+ -1 moreboard.they came the same day I called. The part had to be ordered,so the serviceman wired around the problem to allow the fan to run full time which gave us the cooling we needed until the next day when he installed the board. very polite,punctual and professional.

Description of Work: They were to fix a problem with water leaking from my A-Coil in my furnace. They had been out to make the repairs several times and each time claimed it was fixed but problem persisted. I eventually called another company to come out to look at it and found that due to the continuous water running from the A-Coil into the blower, the cost of repair was almost as much as total replacement. Had they sent someone out that knew what they were doing, it would have saved me the cost of a total replacement. I wouldn't call these people again to turn off the water spiket in the garden!

+ -1 moreCalled to fix toilet and tub leak.Came several times to finish and then replaced ceramic floor. Releaked down into dining room. Floor had to be torn back up. Plumber tried to blame us for second leak when it was obvious the pipe wasn't glued properly. He repaired again and ceramic floor replaced.

+ -1 moreThey have initially installed the system on our air conditioner and we often had trouble with it. They do not know how to maintain the system and they are not knowledgeable about it. Because of that, I will not use the company again in the future.
Description of Work: We had trouble with our airconditioning and the city plumbing heating came to fix it.
