The source of the leak was determined and suggestions were made to confirm source of leak before any work was done. The technician was great. We will definitely use B & S Plumbing again as they were professional, prompt, courteous, and were very honest. They are our plumber of choice:)

It was fine. It was good. I had no complaint. They came in, they fixed it and they were done. I think the price is a little high to be honest with you. We've had them in the past and I can't quite remember what we had them do but it's been a little high.

B and S Plumbing Heating and Cooling Inc. were excellent. I worked with the office manager on the phone and the technician came out. They were absolutely excellent. They were very helpful. I've had different plumbers come out and look at it and no one was willing to work on it. They're the first people who said they would tackle this problem and help you out. They fixed as much at they could. They did an excellent job, were prompt and offered a lot of good advice.

Initially had the water heater replaced because it was leaking. While the water heater was draining, several pipes near my water input were replaced. Afterwards, it was great. We had better water pressure than ever before. After a couple of days though, the water pressure in our main tub was very low. We had the plumber come out and replace a pipe (that was so clogged you could not get light through even a 2 foot section), but that did not clear up the pressure for water to the tub. The plumber took apart the tub fixture and found it was clogged with rust that could not be removed. This process already took several hours, so I was a bit worried and decided to replace the fixture myself. I was pleased that only the time and materials to replace the pipe were actually billed. After a few days, another issue came up. Water was coming up from the drain in the basement. It took a while of trying to clear out the drain to determine that the sewage pipe in my back yard was collapsed. I was given an estimate on getting the entire pipe replaced and had to leave town on vacation the next day. My only complaint is that I did not feel there was enough communication while I was out of town. I was billed the estimated amount, even though the plumber had to spend a lot of time diagnosing the problem and then fixing some things that had to be removed to diagnose the problem.

They last provided service for us a month ago. The guy that came out did the job well. It didn't take him very long. He did a good job and left. The gentlemen that came out from the office did water softeners so he apparently knew what he was doing. We didn't have any problems at all. They came right out.

I will use them again in the future.
