It went terribly. I have a ceramic tile bathroom. When they installed it they broke my tile. They just wanted to use graut to fix it and I told them it needed to be replaced. When they replaced it it was not level and the dry wall was ruined. We took an estimate to have the dry wall fixed and she threatened us. My husband is in the military and she threatened to call his wing commander. She did a mirror as well. She used a magic marker to fill in the crack like I wouldn't notice. She was unprofessional, aggressive, and a nightmare to work with.
Description of Work: They supplied a shower enclosure and installed it.

Member,tile was improperly installed,it did not have suffient grout and as a result,created a large air space behind tile. I brought in a professional tile technician to inspect the tile.At which time he told the member her it was due to her tile being installed incorrectly that caused the breakage.I replaced her tile,even though we were not responsible. The mirror she is talking about was a old wood frame 3 section front for a medicine cabinet.Which she decided to sand down with a belt sander,which made the surface like a rooler coaster,and she also gougedthe mirror with the belt sander in a number of different places. She was mad when I told the gouge marks could not be taken out..Everytime we wanted to finish the job she had a excuse and everytime we tried to get paid she would not be available. She also made us change the mirror $times in the end I gave her money back and refused to deal with her any longer.I take great pride in my work,
