It went very well. McCalister's diagnosed the problem, and set a time to come back and do the repairs. Returned a day early and completed the work.
Description of Work: Had a plugged storm drain pipe which caused rain water to accumulate in our driveway. Turned out the pipe was broken and had to be replaced.

Excellent. They cleaned up completely after the job, including filling in the trench smoothing it out to be even with surrounding ground.

Description of Work: They came the day I called and checked things out so they knew what they needed for the next day when they would work. They found out that the pump in our septic system wasn't working. They pumped both tanks, replaced the motor and valve as well as alarm. They made sure there were no other issues. They gave me an accurate estimate, where prompt and efficient. We haven't had any problems since. :)
