air duct cleaning
+ -1 morework done ok as far as I can tell, fast and efficient. cleanup awful. they moved furniture to get at ducts and did not replace to proper position. some things that fell off moved furniture remained on the floor. hard for a 90 year old with arthritis to get all back to where it belonged.

carpet cleaners
+ -1 more. I did have have a major problem not with the cleaning. The company isn't professional with the paper worker. There was no paper work. I had to sign on the blank screen signed on a blank screen at the beginning. The lead man summarized what I was signing but I need that on paper. And I needed to sign a paper aty the end. The Company gets an F for that. Receiving the slip after the fact is for the birds.
Description of Work: Cleaned the carpet and put on deodorizer and protection. They tried to sell more and they tried to get to sign a new contract but I still hjave my third time for the year.

carpet cleaners, flooring contractor, floor cleaning

Description of Work: Lots of upselling going on there - don't get me wrong did a fine job and were professional but strongly suggested we pay twice as much in order to protect the warranty...seriously so carpet warranty requires cleaning ever year or so and they say needs protector every year, so I'll spend replacement cost on the carpet in something like 5 years - yeah right. Note: I did not go back to carpet warranty details but probably just going to do it myself next time.
