The process went very, very well. Buying real estate can be such emotional experience yet must be grounded in common sense and good business practice. Amanda and Dan were able to combine the wants and needs with our budget perfectly. Amanda showed us countless properties--including many "maybes" that in all likelihood would have served our needs. The two of us (Rick and Diane) were not always on the same page in terms of what we wanted, and Amanda was always able to navigate the differences and offer suggestions and possibilities. When the perfect property became available, Amanda called immediately, was able to show the property on the first day it was listed, helped us write the offer by the following day, and by the next week our offer was accepted. The property was a foreclosure, so there were extra hoops through which we had to jump, and both she and Dan were there to advise and keep the process moving toward closing. There were some issues with the title company and the closing was almost delayed, but these were issues were not at all Amanda's fault. (The title company was employed by the bank who was selling the property). All in all, I can't recommend Integrity Real Estate more highly. When you employ the Harstines, you get both Amanda and Dan, as well as a great office assistant. In short, you get a dedicated team of real estate professionals who know their job and do it extra-ordinarily well.
