Description of Work: Complete cleanup and grooming of 1.5 acre property with 200 trees and bushes; got out trash trees, removed piles of branches, got vines out of trees, cleaned up overgrown areas, removed fall leaves.

A+ Scheduling of work: On time, dress appropriately, great attitude, solid work ethic. A+ Actual work: Clean, utmost respect for our yard, truly cared that I love my yard. And I am hard to please. The entire team was very helpful and genuinely excited to be working on our yard. Seems odd but they absolutely love what they do. A+ Payment: Paid via check. Was able to make final payment at the completion of work. Made intermediate payment for supplies such as rock and sod just out of respect for the contractor. She did not mandate. A+ Cleanup and excess supplies: Clean up was exceptional. No trails of top soil, kept driveway and streets clear of debris and dirt. Purchased supplies with very little excess. All of which I was impressed on her ability to spec and quote to perfection. Even when the bobcat was not able to make it. Her team grabbed some wheel barrels to transport and level off yard with top soil. Didn't cost me any extra money. A+ Flexibility: Extremely reasonable and flexible. Without a blink of an eye she explained where we could do some work and save ourselves the labor. She ordered and dropped the rock and we placed it. Saving us $800 dollars. Awesome A+ This was absolutely the best experience we have ever had with a landscaping company. We were treated with the utmost respect and care. Great job Crystal.

Description of Work: Crystal Knafel is the owner and proprietor of Dynamic Landscaping and services Syracuse and Lake Wawassee Indiana as well as the surrounding area. Crystal came to us on the recommendation of Fawley and Sons Construction also of Syracuse Indiana. We had a landscape designer who worked with Crystal but our designer is from Ft Wayne and merely gave Crystal some suggestion and left the rest to her. The work Crystal did on our place was and is exemplary. We were looking for color, balance and symmetry and we got it all. Our other requirement was low maintenance especially because this is a summer residence and we aren’t there all the time. That was a major factor and Crystal selected all the right plantings to complement our re-model. In our eyes it is perfect, but, also Dynamic Landscaping has another facet mainly because there is not a whole lot of landscaping to be done with three feet of snow on the ground. Crystal, and her crew of three, also does housecleaning and painting and they are the best we have ever had. Crystal and her company Dynamic Landscaping are growing by leaps and bounds and it is no wonder. Crystal is an energetic, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant young lady who works as hard as any two men all the while with a smile. Also Dynamic Landscaping has just added a mowing service to their menu. Examples of their fine work are all over Syracuse one of the most visible is the Serenity Gardens adjacent to the Gym on State Road 13 right in town.
