Called for service on a Thursday and they were able to fit me in by Monday, which was especially convenient since most other plumbers in the area were giving me a two week lead time. Scott came in and was able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue within an hour. He was very friendly and was willing to answer all of my questions. He showed me a few tricks that may also help in the future. 10 out of 10 would definitely call and hire again, if needed.
Description of Work: After a particularly intense cold spell, I had no running water to my bathroom sink only. The toilet, faucet, and shower still worked.

I know they gave me a nice discount. They are very friendly and cleaned up. I have not had any problems with the faucet since they fixed it.

Scott was professional in every sense of the word. I live in Chicago and needed to replace a 17 year old water heater in a lake house. I spoke by phone with Scott after finding him through his website. He promptly emailed me a quote with 2 different options. The quotes were detailed and complete. We agreed to the work done on a day I would be at the lake house. Scott showed up on time and performed all work as agreed. He hauled away the old heater and took care to clean up well after himself. I would not hesitate at all to use Scott for my future plumbing needs.
Description of Work: Installed 50 gallon Bradford White water heater and fixed leaking flapper on toliet.
