Description of Work: After an initial consult from Frey's rep, I was given an estimate on a 21 sq. simple gable roof with no gutters. This job was gravy work aside from a 2 layer tear off. The price I was quoted was the highest of any quote by far and their $100 per sheet replacement charge for the plywood underlayment is absurd. I also needed a quote to get a deck replaced on this house and was supposed to meet the rep and a different guy that quoted decks the following Saturday. I got a no-show no call and only this last week did I get a contact from the company asking if I ever completed the project- YES, but not with YOU! Bunch of jags.
